The MP 31661 is a high-performance stainless steel pump end from the ChemFlo® 6 series, specifically engineered for demanding chemical transfer applications. This model is a PumPAK configuration, meaning it comes without a motor and is designed for direct mounting on compatible motors including 145TC, 184TC, and 215TC frame types.
Featuring a precision-engineered 6.18-inch enclosed impeller, this end suction centrifugal pump delivers excellent hydraulic efficiency and higher head performance compared to semi-open impeller designs. With the capability to handle flow rates of up to 450 GPM and generate heads as high as 157 feet, the ChemFlo® 6 series is ideal for a wide range of industrial fluid handling tasks.
The pump is constructed entirely of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, making it a durable choice for corrosive and chemically aggressive environments. It is equipped with 3" x 2" ANSI 150# flange ports, ensuring secure and standardized connections for both suction and discharge.
To meet various operating conditions, the ChemFlo® 6 offers a wide selection of mechanical seals. The standard configuration includes a Type 2100 carbon/ceramic/Viton seal, with other material combinations available to match specific application needs.
