The MP 31991 is a high-performance pump end from the ChemFlo® 6 series, designed for demanding chemical transfer applications. Constructed entirely from 316 investment cast stainless steel, this pump end offers excellent resistance to corrosive fluids. It features a 6.18-inch enclosed impeller, enhancing hydraulic efficiency and allowing it to reach flow rates up to 450 GPM and heads as high as 157 feet.
This unit includes the pump end only (no motor), built with a bare shaft and pedestal mount for compatibility with 145TC, 184TC, and 215TC electric motors. When using a 145TC motor, please ensure it includes a mounting base. The ANSI 150 flange connections (3" suction x 2" discharge) provide a secure, standardized interface for piping systems.
The enclosed impeller design delivers improved performance compared to semi-open alternatives, especially at higher flow and pressure requirements. The MP 31991 comes standard with a Type 2100 mechanical seal (carbon/ceramic/Viton), with additional seal configurations available to suit various chemical compatibility needs.
