The MP 33066 is a high-performance pump end from the ChemFlo® 6 series, expertly engineered for demanding chemical handling applications. Constructed entirely from investment-cast 316 stainless steel in all wetted components, this pump offers exceptional resistance to corrosion, ensuring long-lasting durability in harsh environments.
Designed without a motor, this bare-shaft unit is intended as a replacement pump end and features a 5.25-inch enclosed impeller. This impeller configuration provides superior efficiency and higher head capabilities compared to typical semi-open designs, making it a reliable choice for high-demand operations. The pump supports a maximum flow rate of 450 GPM and a total head of up to 157 feet.
The 3" inlet and 2" discharge are equipped with standard 150 lb. ANSI flanges, allowing for easy integration into existing systems. The pedestal mount (PumPAK design) offers compatibility with 145TC, 184TC, or 215TC electric motors. Please note that when pairing with a 145TC frame, the motor must include a base.
This model comes standard with a type 2100 carbon/ceramic/Viton mechanical seal, with multiple seal options available to suit various chemical applications.
