The MP 34550 is a high-performance centrifugal chemical pump from the ChemFlo 5 series, engineered for durability and efficiency in demanding environments. Constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this model features a precision-machined 4.75-inch enclosed impeller designed to optimize flow and energy efficiency.
Equipped with ANSI 150 lb. flanged ports (2" inlet and 1-1/2" discharge), this unit is close-coupled to a robust 5 HP single-phase motor (115/230V), ensuring reliable performance in a wide range of applications. The enclosed impeller design allows for higher pressure capability, reaching flow rates of up to 300 gallons per minute (GPM) and a maximum head of 157 feet.
ChemFlo 5 pumps support various mechanical seal configurations to accommodate different chemical handling requirements, with the standard setup featuring a Type 2100 carbon/ceramic/Viton seal. This pump is available in both complete motorized units and PumPAK (motorless) assemblies. For PumPAK configurations, the motor must be equipped with a base.
