The MP 36585 is a high-performance pump end from the FLOMAX 8 series, engineered for reliable self-priming operation across a wide range of demanding applications. Designed for mounting on a motor (sold separately), this cast iron pump end features a 5-blade, 5.0-inch diameter impeller and 2" x 2" NPT suction and discharge ports.
Built to perform, this pump end utilizes self-priming technology that enables it to maintain a full column of liquid in the suction line via an internal flapper valve, providing lift capabilities of up to 25 feet. Its robust construction includes stainless steel components such as the drive shaft and fasteners, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance in even the toughest environments.
The FLOMAX 8 PumPAK comes fully assembled and tested, ready to be easily paired with various power sources including hydraulic motors, 56C and 145TC frame motors, or gas engines. A bearing pedestal is available for T-frame motor or belt-driven setups.
