The MP 37147 is a robust and compact pump-end solution from the Flomax 8 series, engineered for high performance in a wide range of industrial, agricultural, OEM, and marine applications. Constructed from durable 316 stainless steel, this self-priming centrifugal pump end is designed for direct mounting to a motor and does not include a motor in the package.
Equipped with a 5.0-inch semi-open impeller and featuring a T/21 single convolution mechanical seal, the MP 37147 offers reliable operation even in demanding environments. The 2" NPT suction and discharge ports, flat flange inlet, and SAE 4-bolt flat face discharge connection provide flexible integration into various systems.
This pump end includes advanced features such as:
- A stainless steel shaft sleeve and fasteners for enhanced corrosion resistance
- A renewable 316 stainless steel wear plate to extend operational life
- A Viton flapper for improved sealing
- Compatibility with multiple drive options including hydraulic motors, 56C and 145TC frame motors, and gasoline engines
The pump's patent-pending design places the barrier fluid accumulator directly on the pump body, simplifying system layout, reducing overall costs, and increasing reliability.
