This bare shaft pump is constructed with robust 316 stainless steel, offering superior resistance to corrosive and caustic fluids, making it ideal for tough environments.
Equipped with a 5-blade, 6-inch diameter impeller, this unit delivers powerful and efficient fluid movement, with a maximum flow rate of up to 320 GPM and a head height reaching 145 feet. The pump features 3-inch NPT ANSI 150 lb. flat flanged suction, paired with a Viton flapper for added sealing reliability. The discharge side includes a 3-inch ANSI 4-bolt flange, with an optional 3-inch NPT discharge flange kit (Part No. 38647) available for added flexibility.
This pump end is designed for easy integration with various power sources such as hydraulic motors, 184TC/215C frame electric motors, and gasoline engines. A bearing pedestal is also available for T-frame or belt drive configurations.
Key components include a renewable wear plate, stainless steel fasteners and drive sleeve, and a semi-open dynamically balanced impeller, ensuring durability and smooth operation. The advanced seal design is grease-lubricated, enabling dry-run operation for extended runtime and improved seal longevity.
